Location: The RV park is located in central Louisiana, south of Lafayette. There are great Cajun restaurants, state parks, swamp tours, and gardens nearby.
Lot size: Not a large park, Betty has about 17 full hook up sites. Many guests departed on May 1, so there were not too many RVers here during our visit. Betty’s RV Park is closed June 1 through August 31 each year.
Cost: $132.85 for the stay; $26.57/night
Management: The best part about Betty’s is spending a couple of hours socializing with her and guests at 4:30 pm each day. It’s always fun to meet new folks, catch up on the news of others we know who stay here, and catching up with Betty. Below is Linda, Rose, Betty and John.

It’s always fun to see the new additions to Betty’s outdoor space.
Satellite dishes and hubcaps provide great canvases! And I love Betty’s new “road trip” sign, thanks to Jim and Nanc. Betty provides guests with a piece of painted wood to fill out one with their name and home, including mileage.
