A Big Wheel RV Park, September 15 to October 15, 2018

Rating:  4.5 on a scale of 5

This is our second stay at this RV Park. Here is a link to my previous review from 2016 (windsofdestiny-rvlife.blogspot.com/search?q=A+Big+Wheel+RV+Park).
Location: As we head south to Florida for the winter, we decided to stay a month in St Marys. We enjoyed our previous stay here (for a week), and like the proximity to Cumberland Island National Seashore and Jacksonville, FL, for a reasonable price.

Lot size: Our pull-through, full-hook up site (#19) was a good size and shaded, making for a very nice stay here. There was plenty of room for our tow dolly and car.

Amenities: The recreation room, bath rooms, and laundry room are in a building that was located near our site.

Books, games, and TV were available inside.

The laundry room, though small, was nice because it had three washers of different sizes. It was great to be able to wash our comforter, etc., at the park.

There is a lovely lake and large dog run (that Sadie loved!)

The wifi was usable, but we had terrible TV reception (air, no cable). This was really only the down side of this park.

Cost: $479/month + electric $136

Management: There is an unoccupied large house at the entrance, but the office is the small building behind it. The owner is available in the office most days and is very knowledgable about the area. We received multiple packages and mail here with no issues.

General Comments:  We really like this park (except for the terrible tv broadcast reception. It is located near Crooked River State Park (within walking distance) and is a quiet place not too far from stores and St. Marys historic district.
