Laguna Shore Village RV Park, January 21 to February 21, 2018

Location: This park was a great location for our one-month stay in Corpus Christi. It is very close to the JFK Causeway and Bridge (to North Padre Island). We did explore other parts of Corpus Christi, but we spent the most time on Padre Island and Mustang Island. Also, we had a view of Laguna Madre from our RV lot (which we loved). We walked our dog, Sadie, on the mud flats and enjoyed the waterfowl across the street.

Lot size: The lots are not huge here but were of sufficient size to accommodate our motorcoach, tow dolly and car. The lots are grass with a picnic table (some have a bricked patio for their table). Park staff directed us to our lot and helped us back in. 

Amenities: The park has cable TV with a slew of channels that is included at no additional cost. To use their Wifi, however, you must go to the Rec Room (open 8 am to 8 pm). Coffee is made at 8 am for guests in the Rec Room. There is a TV, lending library, and brochures for local attractions. This is also where guests can pick up their mail (although packages are kept at the office).

The bathrooms are located next to the Rec Room. 

A major benefit for us was that propane is delivered once a week. This was very convenient for us as we were out of propane when we arrived (after stopping at four places during our drive to Corpus Christi where we were unable to get it for a variety of reasons.) 

Cost: $485/month plus metered electric (our electric bill was almost $100).

Management: The folks in the office were very helpful and can provide information about the local area. We also had multiple packages delivered during our stay. They would notify us when they were delivered. The park is also a location for boat storage. 

General Comments:  We liked this park, primarily because of the location. Our last visit to Corpus Christi (2014) we stayed at Colonial Del Ray and we found this place to be much nicer.
