We were in the mood for some pizza and this place turned out to be fabulous! They have a lovely dining room as well as an outdoor patio. After checking with the hostess inside about whether or not our dog, Sadie, was allowed on the patio (the answer was "yes," if she was well-behaved), we found a table out there.
It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon and it was great to be sitting outside enjoying the sunshine!
With the Super Bowl happening later today, we ordered a pepperoni pizza to eat at the restaurant and one to go. We also ordered a shrimp salad appetizer. And, of course, I ordered a glass of their chardonnay as well.
Everything was delicious! (I had already eaten some of the shrimp out of the salad before I took this photo!)
Our server was a lovely young woman who will be graduating from New Mexico State in the spring. What fun we had talking with her about her travel to Spain last year and her future plans after graduation. We gave her our card and hope that our paths may pass one day in the future.
Loved this place and highly recommend it, from the great service to the excellent food!
