Sunset at Rocky Mountain National Park - 7/18/14

Because we loved our visits to the Rocky Mountain National Park so much during our stay in Estes Park, we decided on our last night here to take one last drive up to the Alpine Center on Trail Ridge Road. How glad we were that we did, because the views were as breathtaking as the first time we entered the park on July 10th.

Here are the photos I selected to share with you. We learned that the park is open 24 hours a day, so you can enter any time (which is awesome!)

As I have described in previous posts, admission to the park is $20 per vehicle (or $40 for annual pass). John has a senior pass ($10 for those over 62) so we get in for free to all National Park Services (which has been great for getting into the RMNP!)
